• What is the difference between book bound and stitch bound?

Book Bound book sheets are cut and glued together like fine printed books, while Stitch Bound book sheets are hand-stitched.  Albums with our wedding packages are the former.

• What kind of paper is used in the Story Book?  Archival Quality, gloss paper approximately 100 lb. weight with a varnish coating for durability and high quality.

• Electronic inks, halftone dot and 175 lpi is used.  Digital on Demand printing produces color and texture like an offset press.

• Special inks are used that outlast the life of wide4ly used press inks.  A surface varnish coating is also applied increasing durability and quality.  Expect your story book to last at least as long as any standard high-quality printed book.

• Do I have to have an image on the cover?   No.  If you have a special design or wish it to be left plain, let us know.  By default we use an image unless you specifically request otherwise.

• Would you create layouts and story books for other photographers? Yes. 

• What type of payment do you require?  If ordering an album outside a package. You can use your credit cards through a secure server www.paypal.com or mail us a check. Due to the work involved, payment in full must be received before orders can be processed.

• Can I add some of my own photos or do they all have to be from your photographer?  Yes you can add your own upon prior approval.  Be sure to specifically request this.
  The quality of your photos will be reflected in the finished product to some extent but if they are important to you that will be less of an issue.

•   Are there any restrictions on what can be printed?  Yes.  Nothing illegal, immoral or offensive to the public.

• Can I add written material?  Yes but it must be given to photographer prior to the photo shoot.

• Can I have one made for promotional material?  Yes.  They are available for a variety of purposes.

• How long does it take once it is assembled?  Four Weeks or Three if you pay the publisher an added fee.
  
  
  

• Do I receive a draft prior to printing?  Yes, you receive a draft copy prior to printing.  We assemble your photos in a pleasing format.  If you have any objections to a specific photo or page, we can make changes but only one time as time is of the essence in printing.  You will have 14 days to make any change.

• Do additional copies cost less?  Yes.  Most of the expense the work is in preparing the images, planning and designing the book and initial publication.  Additional copies are much less.
